Child policy:As an adults-only resort, all Ventana guests must be 18 or older.
Pet policy:Guests pay a one-time fee of $150 (with a maximum of two dogs), which includes a dog bed and water bowl in your room. Only certified service animals (dogs) are allowed inside The Sur House.
