Sprawling across 125 acres, The Branson Beach Estate on Moskito Island is split into three estates; The Point Estate, The Oasis Estate and The Branson Estate. Each of these spacious homes is available to rent exclusively, or as part of a whole island rental.
Perched on an outcrop at the northeast tip of Moskito Island is Headland House - the heart of The Branson Beach Estate. This exceptional villa is arranged with three bedrooms and the living space on the ground floor, whilst the Great Room can be found on the upper level. The shared living space includes a TV and kitchen, and looks out on to the wraparound infinity pool.
All of the rooms at the Beach Villa are elevated and connected to the neighbouring Mangrove Villa by wooden walkways. The main villa features a spacious lounge area with TV and a fully equipped kitchen with two breakfast bars.
